So it's not made of rust? That's a win!
Nowadays I wouldn't worry too much about that. French reliability is still hit or miss.
Nissan is partnered with Renault, which is known for its incredibly reliable compact cars. Even their "cheaper" brand, Dacia, has gone on to grpw leaps and bounds in terms of quality. The first ones were simply rebadged Renault models with higher road to chassis clearance nowadays the models have a unique presence.
Tbf, I would consider a Dacia Duster if I needed a cheap 4wd.
I've seen a few that had undergone some mild off road modifications and it seems the little machines resemble the old Suzuki Samurai.
