I learnt over time that such aggressive comments or patterns are just waiting for a reaction, so i just try to ignore them. Not giving into anger in those situations and just letting it go is what should help to limit those behaviours. Btw, did you remember the "don't feed the trolls" banner in old school forums...or the "low quality bait" meme. Yeah, irony should also help dealing with it..
