But not initiating a thread by going out of your way to insult a swath of people. That's not being obnoxious. It's replying to it with anything but meek deference that's obnoxious. Just let everyone know ahead of time that you're the main character and we need to treat you special, okay? Can't fault us if we don't know, right?
