And the cloud is no longer cheap::Some tech is getting pricier and looking a lot like the older services it was supposed to beat. From video streaming to ride-hailing and cloud computing.

You mean the perfect example of the taxi industry coordinating against uber as a threat?

The fact is, if Uber had not existed there would be no Las Vegas taxicab flat rate as you know it.
