Outchie (if real). I also find the wording super weird, it's not like they're sad that ww "11" is dead/over, I hope? Sure "In memory of the lifes lost in WW2" is longer but ...
Pic is from 2016 or older... So, it's not AI art... Could be photoshopped, but I don't think so. Found it on an old hard drive yesterday.. Wording is maybe weird, because it may be located in Germany. At least, that's where I'm from and I got that pic somehow....
