For me it feels like breaking up with someone after many years. At the same time, I feel a bit dirty mentioning the name in the post title.

I guess I'm still in the denial phase. I haven't technically left reddit yet. I guess during the blackout, then I'll really know how I feel without it. I'll definitely have to leave once RIF stops working.

I'm just having a really hard time getting used to kbin and Lemmy.

Same feeling I guess. Created the Lemmy.ml account few days ago and installed Jerboa, this is my first post. Still haven't done any cancelation of my old reddit, waiting for my RelayForReddit to stop working properly... My 99% fruition of reddit is through the 3p app sigh.

I know the feeling. I've been using Apollo since the beta and at the end of the month it's just going to be gone. An app made with care and attention for years, just deleted because it has now served its purpose and it now gets in the way of the IPO. I won't be going back.

I don't know if the fediverse is the answer but it feels like a good place to start.
