They are women, and always have been. They just weren't born with the right body.
If I were to magically change your body into a woman's (I assume you're a man but swap the genders if not), would you then think of yourself as a woman? Of course not! You'd feel a man in a woman's body. How's that so hard to understand?

Women are women because they were born in to a female body.
There is no "soul" that is born into the wrong body.
Some people have gender dysphoria and that is sad and we should help them, but that doesn't mean we should pretend that there is some magical essence of the "true" personality.
That concept is utterly degrading and limiting ro women.
How is it degrading and limiting?
