A fitness watch. Having a more accurate estimate of calories burned makes it easier to maintain a consistent calorie deficit every day. Down 20 pounds since Xmas!
That's not the watch, congratulations on your hard work! I do love the fitness tracking on my watch though, it's great for motivation.
I get a new watch every couple years. the fitness ones have been my favorites. currently trying one from Wyze. congrats on the weight loss!
