I might start sounding like a shill, but Mullvad has a great track record so far. They've been raided by police and they've walked away with nothing. They also fairly recently migrated fully to a diskless RAM only infrastructure also.

The previous poster kind of hinted on this, but Mullvad removed port forwarding from their services, so keep that in mind.

Also for payment, Mullvad will accept cash over mail so you can't be traced digitally by payment.

I would say this is a dangerous slope to go down, since electricity is just electricity and IMO shouldn't matter how it's used as long as it's payed for. It's like the Net Neutrality situation where it shouldn't matter how/what data is being transmitted through their network shouldn't be discriminated for/against as long as it's getting payed for.

In front of entrances for high end NYC hotels, they have awnings (roof?) That has light bulb looking heating elements so when people are waiting for a cab or car during winter the guests don't freeze. They had an orange tint to them so that's probably it.

No way to be 100% sure, but they were raided by police recently and supposedly walked away with nothing. Verge article

SomeOrdinaryGamers had a video on it also.
