I think he wanted to go to prison. My theory is that he didn't get the clout/infamy that he wanted from the murder, which is why he confessed and does not have an attorney.

That poster is showing empathy and you are not. MORE violence is clearly not the answer to this problem. I know it's hard and emotions are high but these people are some of the ones most desperately in need of help.

Maybe you could do more localized caching. Localities with different sales tax are finite and few. Cache pages based on those localities and then serve pages based on the IP of the client. It's not ideal or as optimal, but it's not that unreasonable in my mind. If it became the norm we'd build the infrastructure to sustain it.

Cis simply means you identify with your gender assigned at birth; it doesn't really impact your sexuality. For example, you could be a cis gay man, which is not straight.
