ist das überhaupt Rechtens? die Verhandlungen existieren ja, um die Inflation des Jahres davor für den Arbeiter/Angestellten auszugleichen. darf man eine offensichtliche und für alle einsehbare Inflation so stark unterbieten?

wenn ich in der Verhandlung sitzen würde, würde ich das Angebot als Scherz abtun uns selber direkt auf 20% erhöhen. wenn mein Verhandlungspartner realitätsferne Angebote stellen darf, darf ich das auch!

fällt eh alles früher oder später auf sie zurück.... außer der Staat zahlt ihnen jährlich ihren normalen Gewinn aus, um die Spate zu retten....
