We just like tinkering :3 But your OS of choice shouldn’t be just because of your gender, or what the community says you should use. I dual boot windows and arch (btw) because as much as I hate to say it, windows just has more apps/programs [that I use] built for it (stability wise)

I guess it wasn’t too apparent but ‘twas a little joke… why does everyone get so heated so quickly 😭 I just thought it was funny to say “Arch” to a Ubuntu user because of the stereotypical “I use arch btw” behavior of arch users And yes I agree, arch is great for power users and hobbyists and not for the casual. I’d figure, Ubuntu is usually a first choice for casuals, they look up Arch, and just say “ok I’ll stick with Ubuntu this is too complicated for me” I use Arch btw

Android Automotive is different: Android Auto streams from your phone, and Android Automotive is the car’s actual OS. If it’s not the cars OS it’s the infotainment center’s OS.

I use a Windows and Arch dualboot, but I’m looking to escape Microsoft. I’ve heard good things about both Fedora and Pop!_OS. I’m your average Arch user; I play video games and code. Are Windows VMs suitable for games like Call of Duty on such distros ?
