I hope there are more, but I think they drew the joke out too long--if you want to call it that. "The Captain"'s monologue soured the skit completely.
I think "Spock's Brain" is usually the undisputed champion...
I, for one, am looking forward to the next season! I watch it with my 14-year-old, and we both think it holds its own.
The Enterprise crew even mentioned bunnies, Anya-from-Buffy's nemeses, which was amazing!

I didn't even register the bunny reference! Oh, that was epic...
I also appreciated that they added vocals to the intro, but not over the top, just enough.
To be fair, he did have a billion chances to take the exam; what impressed me was his tenacity.
