It's more pulsed than alternating IMO. It never goes negative, and there isn't a consistent frequency.

So oddly enough this law is really old and is actually an anti KKK law.

Not one downvoter has explained how you can have privately and corporate-owned luxury resorts in a non-capitalist country. Can't imagine why.

Oooh I love this false dichotomy because if every government that allows for any form of corporate owned private property to exist is capitalist then we can ascribe basically all evil to capitalism. Heck even the USSR was capitalist by your logic. Capitalists did the holodomor.

Servo already exists and is independent and written in a modern language and way ahead of this.

I mean, competition is good but they aren't the only independent browser engine.

But that's the position you most commonly look at a bed from. And when figuring out where you're gonna get into the bed.

Like the only time you actually use the information about sides of bed is from the perspective of outside the bed.

Probably not available where you are but there are lots of Chinese options that are exactly this.

I have very mixed feelings about Bukele but nobody is leaving because of him. Salvadorian emigration has slowed greatly under him and many people are actually moving back.

I've also done the off grid thing and you can get way more than 2 hours on a car battery if the fridge is already cold and you aren't constantly opening the door. Also have ran modem full sized fridges on 1000w inverters. So YMMV.

Nah if the fridge starts cold and you aren't constantly opening the door you can easily get 5 hours on a car battery.

I mean that's the least wrong part imo. I've ran a fridge off of a car battery and if it starts cold you can go a lot longer than that.

Correction: they still use AC motors, but those motors don't use line AC. It goes line AC > rectifier > DC > inverter board > variable frequency AC to run the compressor motor.

Most RV fridges just use DC motors, but there are some that use VFDs and AC motors.

Lemmy supports GIFs in comments. Android supports inserting GIFs from the keyboard. Would be awesome if they worked together.

And thanks again for the great app!

Hey so liking the new Boost so far, but is there a way to zoom in on images in the comments? And also save or share them?
