Yeah, this one rings a bell with me too.
Yeah, AC/DC is a clear example of this.
I was gonna mention Maiden but then I thought Dickinson is so dominant among the three. But they do all have their fans.
Prog Genesis was so weird to discover in my teens. I was used to the 80s Genesis from MTV.
I remember listening to Billy Bragg’s version of this years ago. Billy Bragg and John Darnielle have this in common: their voices are basically really annoying but still I like both of them.
I use the strictly offline Book Tracker app on my iPhone. I don’t really care about reviews or the social features, I just want an overview and some stats about my reading.
+1 for this. Would be amazing if something like this came out. I wonder if the rating functionality could be plugged into some kind of music (and other media) centric fediverse app.
