You're also talking about about people who are at least legally adults. 18 is a low bar until you compare it to 10.
Its a viable alternative for me in that I don't drink alchohol, and when I'm around people who are drinking I instead smoke weed.
Lotta people feel the exact opposite about those two drugs. Personally I can't stand the feeling of having alchohol in my system.
