agreed, it'll just be automated and even faster now
That's a very misleading title, since "battles" here is referring to survey results and not actual legal battles. The results make sense though. AI will probably generate the most popular kind of post because that's what has the most representation in its training data.
The main issue here is what is "popular" changes over time, and is directly related to what is available to the public. So if AI floods the internet with the same style of posts because it's currently the most popular, that style will quickly become boring, and using AI to get clicks will essentially lead to it writing itself into obsolescence. Until it gets trained or fine tuned on a new dataset which includes its own results, which leads to a separate issue where the training data is objectively bad.

"if you were lazy, you'd be having fun" was one of those life changing sentences for me
oh and for anime, "instant death ability" is a lot of fun
depends on what you want. i can't get a good grasp of the very new ones because they're too short, but "maoi reijou no shikousha" looks like the villainess' butler, and there's one with a really long title that you can probably find by searching "lougout vrmmo" that looks like sao after they get out
less recent ones i like are "everyone is from another world except me" (comedy) and "heroine survival" (otome game but the girl is grinding her levels and skills through battle)
if you don't mind webtoons, i'm a fan of "the extra's academy survival guide" (entered a game as a minor villain who had just been defeated by the protagonist) because i've read some of the webnovel, and "the archmage's restaurant" (op guy, cooking slice of life)
and that's a perfectly good reason to not open a game. they're supposed to be fun
i saw a post once talking about how people think they had more energy when they were younger, but it's actually because they now using more time and energy to take care of themselves. i'd like to believe that's true
when i'm able to muster the energy to not stay in bed doom scrolling. so about once a month
i feel that. and usually i end up obsessed over finding anything that could distract me but everything feels like trash for a while so it's a whole downward spiral
Not to disagree, but what examples are there of a different system being practiced which have a more even distribution of wealth?
