Bonus points if it has a good story. Also, I'm not going to play DRM-controlled games

Where moving from one service to another doesn’t mean losing everything you’ve built and everything you’ve ever said.

I generally agree with this post, but this isn't true. It would require portable identities.

FUTO could develop a browser engine much quicker by simply forking Firefox.

Yeah, prison

They probably don't want to get sued. I disagree with removing Luigi posts, but they're a huge instance run by individuals who also have a life and getting sued would be catastrophic

Ah, that's fair. Thanks!

Why just men? Yes, men are generally stronger than women, but that doesn't mean women are not capable of military service. And there are also men who aren't capable of something like that.

Note: I'm against being forced into military service, just asking this

I just check the port and plug in accordingly, I can't remember the last time I didn't plug it in on the first try.

That's like calling Linux on the server a monopoly. It's open source, with many distros (forks). Anyone can fork the engine.

Do tell how something like Zen or Ladybird has a better chance at doing so. It would be better if instead of this fragmentation the Zen and Ladybird would work in a Firefox fork.

Just keep using Firefox. Nothing in the code has changed, and if it does you can switch to forks. You all are evangelizing about how important FOSS is to prevent this exact scenario and yet you keep switching browsers for no need at all.

Note: I love Foss, I just think this is an overreaction

So, I have a Threema license, but from what I've seen its encryption isn't post-quantum. Signal's encryption seems the strongest. I host my own matrix server.

Also, I kind of don't care where the servers are or which provider it is. Everything is encrypted anyway.

I have been self-hosting for a while now with Traefik. It works, but I'd like to give Nginx Proxy Manager a try, it seems easier to manage stuff not in docker.
