She's anglicized herself profusely to appeal to bigots

Not to defend her, but she has gone by her middle name, Nikki, since she was born. It's is a Punjabi name meaning "little one". She later took her husband's last name when they married, which is a pretty normal thing for people to do.

I'd argue we have a problem now, what we will have is consequences.

Armed robbery rates have been steadily decreasing since the early 1990s.

I also use Pocket Casts ..and I just skip the ads manually. I set the skip forward time to 30 seconds and I set skip back to 10, makes it pretty easy to hop past them.

In my experience, the only problem I've run into is the remote's microphone feature is a bit flakey, but generally when it does work it's right most of the time.

I could never remember what service the shows I was watching were on. Opening up 4 streaming apps to find what I was watching the other day got tiresome.

I know what community this is, but using something like a Chromecast w/ Google TV lets you search across all your streaming services simultaneously.

I don't think they're implying it'd be acceptable, just that the current economic situation makes that fantasy even more unrealistic.

Van Drew ran as a Democrat and then flipped parties after Trump's impeachment. I wouldn't trust him as far as you could throw him.

Where do they have those? I can't recall ever seeing such a thing in the US or Canada.

There are more intersex people in the US than trans people.

Most advocacy groups estimate that 1.7% percent of people are born intersex — the equivalent of about 5.6 million U.S. residents

Polling by KFF and The Washington Post shows that there are nearly 2 million people nationwide who identify as transgender or trans, representing less than 1% of all adults
