I grabbed the last version of Nova before they were acquired (8.0.1 beta) and have been using it ever since. No tracking, unsure if they have a workaround for navigation gestures but they seem reasonably smooth, still plenty of features, and still very snappy
They might speak another language where it's a cognate. In German the word for developments is Entwicklungen
