started out with win95 + IE in my late school days.
In college started using Linux and with it Firefox.
For quite a while frequently jumped around and tried alternatives that promised to be more specialized/better in some way ... but everything seemed to have drawbacks, which at the time frustrated me endlessly and i did not want to accept.
A few years later i became tired of switching and with browsers becoming more and more complex i looked for a good balance of usability, stability, privacy, security and customizability.
Firefox has kind of hit the sweet spot here for me.
And while i still do not agree with every decision/action mozilla/the firefox dev team makes ... i now use it almost exclusively and even try to improve the Fx experience for me and others, mostly by writing addons and sometimes by tinkering around with its base source a little.
Was active on reddit the last couple of years ... but gladly switched away from it.
Hope this here is gonna be an nice and intersting place to visit frequently.
