Sure they are filthy rich and can give off a why-is-the-plumber-telling-me-all-this-just-make-my-shit-go-away vibe, but they're polite and patient enough to listen to a plumber talk about pipe diameters, P traps, and Zoeller vs Wayne septic pumps, if they ever end up in that kind of situation.
