I agree with this. Kids, at least middle school to high school, are smarter about this stuff than people give them credit for. I believe this is just kids being given the chance to see how bleak the outlook is for them when before they were not allowed to interact with that part of the world, and when they were, things were better than they are now.
They have absolutely thought through what they want in terms of features and the features they described absolutely require machine learning as it stands today. I cannot think of any other methods to remove advertisements from objects in a live video feed like the pitcher mound example op provides.
Ad blocking is not piracy. It is not copyright infringement. It is not illegal. Given the right circumstances it could come to be, but it'd be a fine line to walk.
Why does Lemmy not have a "block this particular post" option?

Does that answer the question?
Plants crave me. Fish fear me.
He might be an idiot, but he's a useful idiot. I get the feeling there are smart people at play, just using trump as a puppet more or less.
Edit: I guess my point being, yeah it can always get worse, but i feel like we're already pretty far along in terms of how bad politicians can be. The way it gets worse after this i think is them gaining more and more control over the government.
Well now i feel worse /j
