What do you mean by lightweight ? NixOS can uses every WM, every DE without any issues. It is lightweight because you know all packages you download... A friend of mine uses NixOs with a T440p...

Yes you have to give the list of your game because a lot of game (specialy multiplayer) doesn't work on linux. See : https://www.protondb.com/ and https://areweanticheatyet.com/

Inscrit toi dans un club de sport, n'importe lequel, tant que tu aimes ce que tu fais. Ça te forcera à y aller, en plus tu auras des personnes au tour de toi ce qui te motivera. Les sports de combats sont imo un bon moyen pour perdre du poids, tu auras beaucoup de cardio + des techniques vis-à-vis du sport en question (par exemple si tu fais du JJB, tu apprendras des techniques de self-défense au sol etc...)
