Yeah, honestly reddit's highlights are so annoying. Everyone tries to upload the highlight ASAP so its quality is almost always bad, and then very often the links in the comments don't really work.
"China", or more accurately rich Chinese businessmen, were abruptly stopped by China introducing regulations against it. Here this seems that the Saudi government itself is pushing it, so unless something unexpected happens I don't see this stopping any time soon.
