My paltry few shares will vote No.

They've been sliding all month. $249->$188 so far.
Maybe he's going to quit and take his talents to another company? As a Tesla owner and stockholder I think I'd prefer it.

Guy shit talks opponent to make headlines. Film at 11.
Floridian here. I prefer the execution idea - it's a better use of tax dollars than paying for lawyers (GOP donors, of course) to argue on behalf of deeply flawed state executives.
The guy that eats his own is getting eaten by his own? Splendid!
Thus the cycle continues. Come the end of humanity, the last two people in the middle east will still be throwing rocks at each other.
My guess is someone saw what was being built and said "hey, we can build something similar and sell it", hence the C&D.
A drop in the bucket but a good one. I wonder if the state GOP will consider this an aberration or a warning or if they'll even care since they still have a huge majority. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Florida_House_of_Representatives
I look forward to voting against that proposal, if it ever comes up before the shareholders. If he spins off companies to compete against Tesla while still working for it, he'd get sued to pieces.
Si. I'm a buy-and-hold investor and so far, so good. I wish I had bought more. I'm up about 700% (it was much more at the beginning of the year). I've informed my decision on this as moving stakes to TX may open Tesla to significant legal liability and it's being done solely in order to overpay the CEO, who is prone to making bad decisions. Overall I'm less than a drop in the bucket but I'm against it.
