There's a decent chance some of the Texan politicians were hanging out at EPCOT while their constituents were at home without power, so you might not be too far off.

xDefiant was what immediately came to my mind as well. OP should check it out. Feels more or less like one of the more arcade-y CoDs.
I'm about 50/50, but I'm sure that ratio will shift drastically once RIF gets turned off.
