These headlines are bullshit, all the urging needs to be made to Republican members of Congress, aid for Ukraine is a no brainier for the President and Democratic members of Congress, this phrasing makes it seem like there's a real discussion being held, and not a hold up by Republicans, and it's infuriating
9.3% might not seem like a lot to some people, but it becomes paramount when other sources of energy like fossil fuels become scarce, during events like natural disaster, boycott, embargo, and war. keeping 9.3% up and running, and available is enormous.
