I whitelist-enable JS with ublock on a per-site and it's so satisfying being able to fully use a website with JS disabled.

Interesting, but also not surprising. Like I said, it works completely fine with the exception so this was more about drawing attention to the issue.

I'm running Firefox 109 with arkenfox (mostly default settings). When I try and connect to lemmygrad.ml, I'm given an SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN error. Once I create an exception, I can use the website like normal. Is this something going on in the backend of things or are my browser settings just too high?

Note: lemmy.ml doesn't have this issue, I can connect with no warning about certificates.

Firefox with either

Through uBlock, enabling JavaScript on a site-by-site basis can help with privacy. Although, because disabling JS is uncommon, it can increase the uniqueness of your fingerprint.

NewPipe is great, and if you're in the regular youtube app, you can use the share feature to send a video to NP for immediate download.

Love having to run Windows 11 at work when there's not a single Windows-required program we use.
