Government is too busy protecting the fossil fuel industry to ever acknowledge that we are in trouble.

For me this is no longer a climate emergency, it is the arrival of the apocalypse and sadly protesting will achieve little other than allowing some to say "I told you so!".

The sceptic in me suggests that with El Nino returning farmers might be destocking before the inevitable drought.
