I can't recommend Spectacle enough in that case : it does just about what you would expect, screenshots and simple editing. Very convenient, it's the default in KDE

Have you tried Image Toolbox? It might not tick all the boxes, but it's fairly good for me

I can answer that ! I tried to get a place for the marathon, and there were some prerequisites : to be selected, you needed to be able to run a semi-marathon.
