I like an eyemask too, although I tend to only use it if I wake up too early and want to go back to sleep - it's too hot to keep it on all night.

I'm the same - as soon as I'm on the phone I want to be on my feet, even though generally I'm happy to be sat.

I've been using AI summarisation for things like this so I don't need to read and I can satisfy my curiosity (normally what film they're talking about). Normally it's not worth the effort but it's quicker than reading the article myself.
