You can back-up purchased games in any storage device for yourself offline, so you don't need to download it again after purchasing it, you fully own it.

GOG exists you know, they let you have a local copy with no DRM.

PC definitely, console modding will never be as good because PC gets script extenders, which is what the truely impressive technical mods use.

When searching for "Lemmy" I get Lemmotif for Lemmy as the top 3 app, and it is early access, so I don't think that's true.
