If we lived in a reasonable world, any major social network would be firewalled and closed off while they got fined to oblivion after this extreme display of fostering of misogyny. Elon Musk is an argument for socialism, specifically the one that drags him into a jail cell and appropriates the wealth he would have misused for society. Neither SpaceX nor Tesla really needs his parasitic presence any longer, and I doubt this one trick pony could be successfully steal another revolutionary venture to finance into.

Plenty of children movies appeal to both demographics. LTT's most recent stream passed some good ideas around about what would have made a better movie.

As to why it is seemingly done randomly in reddit, it is to decrease your global karma score to make you less influential and to discourage you from making new comments. You probably pissed off someone's troll farm in what they considered an influential subreddit. It might also interest you that reddit was explicitly named as part of a Russian influence effort here: https://www.justice.gov/opa/media/1366201/dl - maybe some day we will see something similar for other obvious troll farms operating in Reddit.

Because opposition parties generally have their groups in there, which would cause political backlash and distance the supporters that still use it. Not that banning social networks abusing their privilege through hidden moderation and promotion and selling their user's data so propagandist know who and how to target shouldn't be done, but right know it would be done under the counter-chants of "repression" in the particular cold war 2.0 state of affairs of the world today, and that's very politically taxing.
