Anything that can do better than 1080p is insanely expensive or cheap and flakey. I gave up looking and just got a new monitor with a KVM built in.
Most have one USB-C with 65w+ PD which includes the keyboard and mouse and then add 1-3 more slots that have HDMI and/or DisplatPort + USB-A for the keyboard and mouse.

Some cars won't start unless the clutch is pushed in. Some will. If you are in gear, it will push the car forward.
The most complete and safest way for all cars is.
Foot on brake. Clutch in. Put in neutral. Start car.
That should work and be safe in all manual cars. It is likely the "correct" way for a driving test.
Once you get to know a car, you might just use the brake and clutch and leave it in gear when starting the car.
