I was actually surprised to know that data transmission is doable on ham radio. Not sure why I was surprised since data transmission is possible through pretty much any protocol but it was cool to know the versatility of what many see as pretty basic radio.

The guy interviewed Ivan Raiklin a couple weeks ago who is the "secretary of retribution." Ivan Raiklin was on Info Wars talking with Jones about how if Trump were assassinated, it would be the best case scenario for Republicans because Vance would be the candidate then and then Republicans would commit a "cleansing."
This seems like a bit of a conspiracy against Trump but it is coming from the right.

I have seen a good amount of signs to vote yes on repealing the tax here in Seattle (as well as the other initiatives) and only one to vote no. Sent a couple emails to them to see if I can get some signs to place but have not heard back on anything.
At least you roughly lock in a monthly rate. I was happy to not have 15% rent increases each year.
Down payment is not $60k. That's only if you want to avoid PMI. That said, putting down less means several hundred more a month in payment.
Also, not sure how you are doing the math to get to a required $200k income. $7k/month is $84k/year. Even with taxes, that is a little over $100k.

A bit on the why:
To SpaceX and Musk’s credit, whether the company’s second attempt at catching rockets goes as well as the first, some version of the massive ‘chopstick’ arms SpaceX is working on was likely going to be necessary just to rapidly turn around boosters and Starships – and do so regardless (within reason) of weather conditions. By replacing a tower crane with giant arms, SpaceX will hopefully be able to stack Starship on Super Heavy (and Super Heavy on the launch mount) even in the high winds that are almost always present on the South Texas Gulf Coast. If SpaceX can also reliably catch boosters with those arms, it could be a significant upgrade for the operations side of Starship reusability. For now, though, only time will tell.

Florida is like an old used car: cheap upfront costs but expensive maintenance costs.
The only surprising thing here is that it has taken so long for many people to realize this. I stopped using Google years ago because the first half dozen links were sponsored and the results that did actually pop up were complete shit. I knew it was much more than shitty companies playing the SEO algorithm. I switched to DuckDuckGo but I can't say the actual results are a huge step up. But at least I am not spammed with unrelated ads or the search engine pushing scam products to me while purposely making the results useless.
