If your goal is to connect with people, than lemmy is not good platform for you. Same goes for any forum-like platform.
I think chat-style platform would be best for your - Matrix, Discrod, IRC.

Try Krita instead of Gimp. I switched to krita few months ago and its keep improving.

Since WoW, I didn't play much strategy games I used to play, but it changed this year when I started play a lot of TFT.

Taking regular breaks. Whether it's a quick hourly stretch or a longer weekly break, stepping away from your activities can help you avoid burnout and stay on top of your game.
Surprisingly this improved my overall gameplay in competitive games. And I am not exhausted from work anymore.
