Personally it makes no difference. This wouldn't happen if you guys had sane gun laws like the rest of us.

I don't think anyone outside of the US is going to care at all about this distinction. I know I don't. Accidentally shooting someone because you're an idiot with a gun is just another reason why people shouldn't be allowed to own and carry guns.

Red fox is the prettiest wild animal for me.

The way they climb and headbutt everything is adorable. I love goats. They also have good hair for clothes. Mohair and cashmere is goat hair.

Edit: The fact that goats are incredible climbers has always been so funny to me. They definitely do not look like they can climb anything.

I saw a video on youtube about an ant supercolony maybe 20 years ago now and ants have been super fascinating ever since. They farm fungi! They ranch aphids! They have designated trash dumps! They go to war and take slaves! They build ventilation chimneys (whatever they're called) so air can move around in the colony tunnels!

My ten year old dumb tv died recently. I got a samsung smart tv and just never connected the internet, like everyone is suggesting. I have my playstation and an old laptop with kodi plugged into it. I personally hate smart tvs (even without internet, it's still more annoying than old tvs) but this works well enough.

Edit: the Samsung tv remote works with my Playstation, too, and I could probably set it up with my computer but I like using the wireless mouse and keyboard.

I think it's quite literally supposed the be the village. We lived in smaller groups for most of history and would have known all of our neighbours. They'd be our friends and family. You don't need to get babysitters because the kids just run around outside all day and whatever adult is around and free would supervise them.

We kind of have this going on where I live. I'm on a dead-end street and the kids all play outside together and there's usually at least one adult outside keeping an eye on them. I'm way too shy unfortunately but the other parents have made friends with each other and they take turns taking their kids out for activities and having sleepovers.

I love being on or near the bottom of the corporate ladder. I'm not interested in extra responsibility. I just want to clock in and clock out and not think about work when I'm not there. I have too many other things I want to do with my time.

I once found a baby bird and took it home. (Don't do this. I was a kid and didn't know any better.) Bird parents are amazing. They found the cage I was keeping their baby in and they came every day to feed him.

I've been grabbing thrift store dvds and ripping them for the past few months. Cancelled Netflix recently and I don't miss it. I can't believe some of the things I've found, too. I live in a small town and I found the entire 90s Sailor Moon English dub on dvd at my local thrift store.
