Iirc windows can open archives without an external program now, even tarballs, so that's something...

Not that I plan on using modern versions of windows if I can help it, but still

It's not just hate for edge (though tbth I *do* hate edge) but a hate for not being allowed to control the software that runs on our devices

Also Microsoft got in legal trouble for shoving a browser down everyones throats before, and clearly learned nothing
