Probably. The same thing works for bears - bears who ate mostly berries have meat, which tastes slightly sweet. This works, I believe, for red meat: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2286578/

Probably feeding a ton of fish to a pig from early life will make the taste more fishy.
