Yeah I'm rolling between grounded and Fortnite with my buddies lately. Kid safe and casual. Need to sit down for some single player soon though

Yep. I haven't replaced mine thanks to that and the only thing broken is the little plastic piece that clicks the sticks.

Of course! Personally I think this has a bit more potential than alternative or progressive but it's one of those things where nothing will ever come close to the original even if it's good

That's the highest hope of all

Barbie was fucking great. Apparently we need moviescirclejerk here to talk about true kino though

They blotted out the nudity and banned everyone involved from further participation. They'll do the same again

High effort garbage! Just like the old place... well done!

Ah, trying to stop the Exodus by any means necessary. Lol. Time to find a good thread to get my old account banned on then!

Yeah. Users who can stomach it should be sneaking back and pointing more refugees to Lemmy. Honestly it should be bots being like "If you like r/pics stay here BUT if you like r/pics and hate Reddit's policies? Try c/pics@lemmy.world" and just have the bot script for communities the fediverse has equivalents for. We're growing still but it's not like I'm seeing much Lemmy mentions in the discussion threads yet. That ship is sinking though.

Honestly it's less time than ever but it's still time in an era where convenience is taking over and younger generations are less tech literate. It's like Netflix V piracy in many regards. Example, let's say I wanna play something obscure like congo bongo or Bruce Lee from C64 that's a pain to configure and if I change platforms the state saves are gone, ect. A solution like this could make it stupid easy and you could be gaming on your TV like in decades past. I'm not a fan of streaming but I imagine an arcade that preserves these niche titles is going to be easier solution for most rather than whipping about a raspberry PI or PC and for me especially keeping my progress on these titles is useful when they don't have save systems.

This is kinda awesome in an age where emulation takes time to set up. I'll have to see the game list
