I had an extremely grungy keyboard, lots of crumbs, hair, food, etc. I set it out in the driveway and cleaned it with a pressure washer. It was sparkly when I was done. Let it dry in the sun for a day and it was fully functional.
I've heard of people cleaning then in the top rack of a dishwasher as well. Not sure I'd try either of these with a really high-end keyboard, but ymmv.

The "leather" made from cork is pretty amazing.
I have over eighty guitars, and weirdly, one of the ones I pick up most often is a Harley Benton copy of a PRS Custom 24. Stock pickups and everything, and it sounds and feels great. You can get great sound and feel with guitars in any price range.
Mastodon is well past that and is a extremely viable platform. It was def like that during the initial Twitter exodus though; people were bitter
