Hey, thanks for posting. The issue is not actually solved and it angers me so. I figured it might have something to do with the static ip, but I have Comcast so it literally takes a day for it to stop applying a static ip to a device. I will attempt to do this.

That would explain this chaos. But how do resolve it? Resetting the router, then both switches does not seem to improve things.
Yes TL-SG105E is unmanaged. I went back and checked i just have TL-SG105
Yep All lights on the nics and switch ports are on. And as i mentioned in the post i swapped all the cables and double checked each of the ports. The cables seem to work just fine on the personal PC and swapped between all of the ports. Still unable to talk to the servers.
I actually had to double check the switch, turns out i do have the SG105 not the SG105E. SG105E is managed, i have unmanaged. edit the post accordingly

You hold babies because they are unable to spell. I hold babies because they refuse too. We are not the same.
Have you checked lutris? They have a wine preset for clip studio paint https://lutris.net/games/clip-studio-paint/ And for overwatch 2 https://lutris.net/games/overwatch-2/
When I was distro hopping to discover what would be my daily driver I found POP annoying to handle some of the more day-to-day tasks A lot of unnecessary fluff and handlebars around the place. I feel like Mint doesn't give you training wheels. Rather it just teaches you why things are the way they are. For example on the first-time boot PopOS. when prompting me to update some programs, it failed and crashed the package manager leaving me clueless and forcing me to open it again and sort out that I needed to update the package manager. Meanwhile, over on Mint's first-time boot, the update manager refused to let me continue with updates until I updated the package manager FIRST, then explained to me what each symbol meant and how to update things. I may have already known what everything did, but it was still far more helpful in the short term and a cleaner experience.
Wasn't Pike ready to shoot mariner and boimler out the airlock by the end of their little adventure? I think 5 is the only real choice, 12 hours is enough time i feel to move past both of their initial icy walls.
