True, but in this case, it was an AG's opinion (that doesn't hold legal weight) and another Republican who just use that as a legal argument to not do something that both parties agreed to. Even the previous Republican AG for Nebraska says this issue is stupid and LB 20 should go ahead.

A cell phone uses between 5 watts and 20 watts, according to google, so probably not currently.

[Answered] Is "Restore Purchases" only for Ultra? I purchased Pro (remove ads) before but clicking on that button says "no purchases found (20) in c/syncforlemmy@lemmy.world

Its only for purchases of Sync for Lemmy not for Reddit. You will have to buy Sync for Lemmy Ultra or just the remove ads option for it to work.
