I guess the readability on the new set is way better. The bills have always been pretty much whatever for me though, I like the coins though. Especially the 1 and 2 euro ones.

Least suspicious would probably be in whatever package they come in. When I travel with my family, we do usually bring most meds in a zip lock bag and we've had zero issues so far though. Anyway it doesn't typically matter, assuming the meds are not restricted in the country you're going to. I wouldn't expect many OTC meds would be.

Comparing Lemmy and Reddit is a bit icky in general, but for something I would like to see is improved cross-posting. Something like an option to show them as one post with shared votes and comments. Sounds pretty typical for ear infection, maybe more in the tubes that are between ear and nose. I had one earlier this year that was very similar to yours. I did get antibiotics for it after about a week and it still took nearly two weeks to clear up completely.
