There was no war between China and Hong Kong?

Award shows are a joke, I literally don't care if my favourite shows, movies and musicians win an award

I feel like the whole point of buying that is just for flexing on poor people.

The means of production

Yup, I was rooting for Ajax that game, and was sad we lost. But still rooted for Tottenham in the final

For football AFC Ajax, but Tottenham Hotspurs and FC Copenhagen are my secondary teams. For ice hockey I support Amsterdam Tigers, New York Rangers, and SKA Saint Petersburg

Been trying to buy a second hand cd boom box, but couldn't find one at all the locations I looked. So decided I'm going to buy a new one.

I collect CDs, and I want that album now.

And how do you convince them to care?

Belarus: I could see CPB taking over when Lukashenko isn't in charge anymore.

Burkina Faso: Their prime-minister seems to be a communist. Hopefully this means working towards a socialist state.

Cyprus: AKEL is one of the main opposition parties in Cyprus and their candidate for presidency went to the runoff election this year.

Greece: KKE is one of the main opposition parties and they keep growing.

Haiti: There are some revolutionary organisations involved in the protests against the government, maybe they'll succeed.

Swaziland: The CPS is the main opposition to the king's rule.

Taiwan: through reunification with PRC.

What others seem likely to you?

EDIT: I remembered South Africa is a candidate as well, the EFF is getting stronger

They have national parties in almost every EU country plus UK, Ukraine and Switzerland. They contest local, national elections and the European elections and want to use them to work towards a federal EU, with an EU army. As expected they are very pro-Ukraine and pro-NATO and very neoliberal. They say they are not left or right, but pragmatic. Here in the Netherlands they are very popular with young middle class people and expats.

The only pan-European party I accept is Diem25.

I'm pro nuclear energy and think that people who are against are just unknowingly helping the fossil fuel industry.

When people think of propaganda, they think of state propaganda, but they don't realise that the advertisements between their tv shows are just as much propaganda. The myth of consumers being responsible for climate change was spread through advertisements for example by fossil fuel companies. People don't realise how big of a role advertising has in trying to convince people of this status quo.

It's called r/poldersocialisme and I feel like even the slightest anti-imperialism or ML thought gets scrutinized there. Today with the war in Palestine, every single pro Palestine comment or post got downvoted. This wouldn't have happened a year ago I feel like. Slowly the subreddit got run over by more social democrats and even right wingers. The mods don't do anything to stop it. They are actually making it worse. I once got a tempban for 'denying the Uyghur genocide'. They have a flair for right wingers as well, like theyre inviting them. What's the point of a Dutch socialist subreddit when the viewpoints are the exact same as the ones that are already established throughout the whole Dutch media landscape?

Sorry for my niche rant, but as a Dutch ML I feel more alone in my viewpoints every day, and I'm losing hope in the Dutch left but hope I can do something to revitalize it.

I liked his tweet where he thanked Corner Späti for making a podcast episode about him.

I think part of the reason why American propaganda is so powerful is because most people only speak English as a second language. That way they are extra vulnerable for misinformation since they only get the American perspective. And since they can't speak other foreign languages they don't get the other perspective.
