The admin is extremely high-functioning IME.
He updates users frequently, and is very good at explaining what's going on without getting lost in tech-speak. He's personally attended to one of my issues (avatar upload problem) with a quickness, even doing so via email. He also took the time to help Lemmy.World with their recent attack. Lastly, altho FV instances evidently can cost as little as US$10-20/m, he runs a beefy setup with a lot of security and high-end stability, spending US$200/m to do so.
Sunaurus is a friggn' boss IMO.
