I have some files synced to a cloud.
I use libreddit.northboot.xyz, but there are lots of other instances. UntrackMe from F-Droid is really useful too, like the browser addon Privacy Redirect for desktop browsers.
Has been like that for a loooooong while now
Switched to Geany recently, was using Notepadqq for a long time.

How eco-friendy the refilling of glass bottles is, depends on the distance they have to be transported. Utopia has a (German) article about it.
They are trying to sell audio calls, video calls and desktop clients as premium feautures. Important consideration for my anti-capitalist ass. Also those features shouldn't be catered to businesses only.
They also list "unlimited contacts" as a free feature. I think this should not even be considered negotiable.
I don't like that the protocol is so intertwined with a commercial company.
