Are you sure it was a faulty drive? I had a similar experience where it got to having to reinstall windows every week, but switching to Linux fixed it.

Best I can tell it was a mandatory windows update clashing with some of the hardware I had.

I'm all for more accountability, but it's still better than human driving. Cutting human car deaths in half in exchange for murky accountability is clearly a worthwhile trade.

Thanks for explaining. So there's no content being missed out on by joining just kbin or Lemmy right? Just a different interface and different "local" instance?
