My only reason to use a VPN is to avoid law enforcement going after me when I pirate torrents. How would a VPS be better here?

First site I found that actually hosted the gif and not just a mp4, sadly not in good quality

I now tried linking a gif hosted somewhere else, works better but still has some hiccups.

Apparently this website doesn't like mp4s, I tried uploading a gif but it just gets coverted to mp4 too
